Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 10-1/4-Inch Square Skillet Grill, Cerise (Cherry Red)
You must understand that I learned so much from watching all the things my mother did around our house. I always tell people I just copy what my mom did and get paid for it. Lucky, lucky me.
However, there was one thing that she did, that did not work out so well. I would not call it a mistake, but I am not sure it was the right choice. You see she ordered a new stove for our house and we were all super duper excited for it to come in. Because when it did it was going to have a section where you could switch out the burners and replace them with a griddle. Pancakes for days or so we thought. Sadly, when it arrived and got into the groove of it we realized is was a really big drag to switch out the burners and we did not use it much. When I have ordered stoves for myself, I always get tempted to get a griddle top but then realize that stove real estate is just to precious to give up. Yet I love having a griddle top. The solution, get your self a griddle pan that can fit over at least two burners. This pan allows you to have the best of both worlds. A stove top with lots of burners and an accessible way to have a pancake flipping griddle on the ready.
